| Today I woke up and decided to rearrange my room (and, well, clean it up as well). Took me five hours (+1 hour of Star Trek with Kahvi while having dinner). I like it so much better now. :B

| Seeing this photo on the screen made me remember just exactly why I wasted a good 1300+€ on these fuckers.
I am gonna use some variation of this as the assignment photo, I don't care if it's mostly unrelated to the title, I like the damn photos and they're still almost related to the title, lol. I also have come up with an awesome explanation as to how this (completely unrelated) photo relates to the assignment title, it has stuff to do with love and how it is a miniature world of a couple and if all else fails, well, DORRIES ARE MINIATURE PEOPLE, ALRIGHT. I am sure the photography teacher will "get it" especially since she found some ~*deep meaning*~ behind my self-portraits when I, myself, just went all "I dunno lol I just take pics".
Too bad I have to retake the pics because all the good ones were more or less out of focus, lol. | |

| I haven't even started on the photography assignment I should have printed on Thursday. I don't even have film so all I can do, pretty much, is shoot some crap on digital tomorrow evening and then print it out on regular paper so that I'll have something to show on Thu and then get a better print done somewhere. Wouldn't be the first time I'm leaving something like this to the night before, hahah.
I was supposed to work on it during the weekend but I ended up not getting home until Monday evening, so that kinda failed as well.
Other than that, let me direct you to my blog's general direction once again for pics of an awesome book I bought today (I'll try and get some of the awesome scanned sometime, I'm just afraid that the book will break my scanner since it's so heavy, lol):

| I have been on the verge of throwing my mighty mouse to a wall for a good while now but haven't really looked into non-Apple mice... they don't match, you know? Today I hit my breaking point and went out to get a Logitech MX518 instead because most people recommend it as a replacement for the not-so-mighty mouse.
Well, it's awesome and I can only assume how awesome it will get once I get to gaming with it (still haven't installed DAT WINDOZE because Bootcamp was being gay), feels a bit odd after using the mighty mouse for so long but expose works as does my "porn button" (lol I forgot what the feature is called but it's the one that throws every window to the sides and shows your desktop, hence, "porn button") so I have no complaints. It's fast and works smoothly, but most importantly I can scroll again. Dear god I have waited for this day.
But yet... MOST importantly, god this bitch is ugly as sin.
It makes my whole setup look less sexy, but I guess it's either having a sexy setup or having the ability to scroll. Can't say it was an easy decision between the two, though.

| Started this in painting class today:
Based on some random interior photo from dA, I forgot to bring a photo of my own and just chose something from the internets at random 10 minutes before the class, lol.
I actually like it, I am BAD at painting and since I tend to lose my patience with things I am bad at I usually just go "fuck it" 30 minutes into it and everything I paint ends up looking like a 10-year-old did them. But now that we don't have to do still life anymore (I never knew painting a bottle would be such a pain in the ass) I got a... slight bit more motivated and actually tried, lol. Still have four hours left to work on it next week, gonna add much moar detail to make it derelict looking. The teacher actually liked it too, he usually just goes "well... that's your artistic impression on the subject I guess" or "I like that... one shadow there" because IT WOULD SEEM like he can't figure out anything nice to say, lol.
Also, this is what we call stupid. We're about 4 metres apart and converse in an eljay thread, lolol. | |

| Hurhur macfags! I am about to commit rape tomorrow and will install WINDOWS :) on bootcamp because I am getting annoyed with Crossover games being a fag with some of my oldschool games. How big should I make the partition assuming I am gonna just be playing games, maybe a few never ones that will take more space but mostly smaller oldschool ones? I have no idea. :6 Someone said 10gb but that screams TINY to me. I am moving shit to my external right now to make space for it and have about 30gb free now, do you think 20 would be enough? I like to have about ~10gb free at all times anyway. Or wait, assuming I am just gonna mount the games on Daemon tools anyway, I shouldn't even need that much space after all if the actual files stay on the mac partition, right? Argh. 10? 15? 20?
Ffff nah wait I need to get yet another copy of XP since the completely legal, of course one I found in my closet the other day appears to be SP1. :( Anyway, the partition question still stands even if I will not commit the rape tomorrow.
Alllso along the same lines, anyone used the Magic mouse yet and is it as awesome as it sounds? I am less than pleased with the Mighty mouse but haven't found a replacement mouse yet, and that one seems to eliminate the FUCKING ANNOYING SCROLL BALL problem (yeah, my second one broke ages ago too). ETA: WAIT IT HAS NO EXPOSE OPTION? Oh god fuck you Apple, you already had me excited.

I know it because I am always blind to these things (read: you like me, you tell me, or I will be clueless) and even I noticed it this time, lol. It was fairly awkward because my dad was there with me and went all "hurhur yeah I like the hair too :3".
I want this bitch for christmas. My w660i is starting to get really crappy already and that one seems to have all the shit I want+isn't overly expensive. (Yeah, I have given up on the iphone idea already, and Sony doesn't have any nice & affordable ones right now so I'd just rather go for the Samsung) I'll try to persuade my parents into it, or just ask for them to give me money so that I can save up for it myself.

Too bad the blue didn't stick on a few bits so there's some light blue in there as well now, but I refuse to wank any more with it today.
Unrelated!edit: I was supposed to be asleep ages ago (need to wake up in 5,5 hours) so I resorted to popping a sleeping pill again. Now I only have four left, and I REALLY don't want to think of what I am gonna do when I run out of them and cannot pay for yet another doctor to ask for more. I use them maybe once a week (this is my second one this week) so it's not like I was addicted, lol, but they do help and I want to have them just in case. Anyway, what I wanted to say that whoah they make me feel funny. I am not tired but I feel completely dull and kind of... drunk I'd guess. I don't know if I like it, but whatever it takes to actually fall asleep before 4 am. | |
